At Butterfly Home Care all of our Companions, Homemakers and Home Care Aides are very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and very experienced caring for seniors, references checked and verify previous employment. All staff are screened with a Level II Background Screening which is imputed into (AHCA) Agency for Healthcare Administration website, (Background Screening Unit). Butterfly Home Care is Registered through the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, Division of Health Quality Assurance, (License # 238124). The owner of Butterfly Home Care conducts an Initial evaluation home care visit. Periodic home care follow-up visits, or phone contact will be conducted with the client or family members by the owner to ensure the quality of care is adhered to by the staff to the client and or family members utmost satisfaction. At the time of visit or phone contact any concerns that the client and or family members may have will be addressed immediately. The owner handles all scheduling of staff, if a companion, homemaker or a home care aide is unavailable, a substitute back-up staff member will be provided. If a client and or family member feel as though the staff member provided is not meeting their expectations, another staff member can be provided.
